Our customers have been happy doing a multitude of mixes but our most popular is: Perform when you wake up. Focus in early afternoon. Calm in early evening. Sleep one hour before bedtime. If you work out in the afternoon, switch the Perform and Focus.
Our scientist formulated all of our Aspen Tree products to ensure that all of the ingredients worked together and to never exceed the maximum daily allowance according to the FDA. There is only one cross-over ingredient between products, Chamomile, and combined is less than a cup of tea.

There is no determination on whether or not it must be taken with food. Our bodies respond differently. Some find it beneficial to mix with food and others on an empty stomach.

Mushrooms are synergistic, meaning they accomplish more together than alone. Our multi mushroom blends offer robust support, with each species providing its own uniquely supportive properties. There is currently not enough research available to safely conclude that mushroom products or cannabinoids are safe to ingest during pregnancy or for use by children. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we do not suggest that these individuals take our products. That said, including cooked mushroom fruitbodies in your regular diet may be an alternative whole-foods approach for you and your young ones. It is important to note, everyone is unique in how they metabolize and digest these compounds. While something like Cordyceps, which provides energy support, can generally be noticed right away, others may take time.
